We offer a range of training programmes and advice to match your current fitness level and personal goals.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES – $49 FOR A 12 WEEK PROGRAMME

We believe in offering the best training advice at an affordable price. Our programmes are priced at $49 for a full 12 week programme or $19 per month. Included in your programme you get the following;

- Initial consultation - This is conducted via email or through a personal interview.

- Full weekly programme  – Delivered via email and accessable via your members page.

-Equipment advice - Throughout your programme we  provide you with important information about the equipment you will need for race day and the best places to buy or hire from.

- Regular contact - An important aspect of our training  programmes is the regular support and feedback you get  to ensure your programme is meeting your expectations. At ENDURO FITNESS you can contact your coach at any time for feedback and advice.

- Race preparation – Before your big day we will run you through all you need to know and plan your big day so you achieve your goals.
